I am Cairo Reid, a B.Arch recipient from the Woodbury University School of Architecture. Currently, I am a full-time Architectural Designer and Coordinator at Arch-Interiors Design Group. I have previous experience as a Project Coordinator at Burdge Architects and as an Architectural Drafter at RS Woods. I am always looking for new ways to improve the world through architecture and the curation of space at all scales, including urban settings, multi-use residential and commercial spaces, and interior environments.
My work is driven by a balance of technical precision and conceptual clarity. With experience in design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and client-facing communication, I approach each project with both creativity and practicality. I am particularly interested in how thoughtful detailing, materiality, and spatial sequencing can shape human experience and elevate everyday life.
Grounded in collaboration and continuous learning, I strive to contribute to projects that are innovative, responsible, and enduring; architecture that not only responds to its context, but meaningfully enhances it.
I am proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Blender, D5, V-Ray, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, Visio, Archibus, and Revit. My hobbies include 3D printing and modeling, furniture and lighting design, cycling, and skateboarding.
